Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Privacy Expense Tracker. By using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer of Privacy Expense Tracker be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data leaks, financial losses, legal disputes, data corruption, or other intangible losses arising out of the use or the inability to use the application.

2. No Warranties (As-Is Basis)

Privacy Expense Tracker is provided to you on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, with all faults and defects, and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the application.

3. Google Drive Sync & Local Storage Disclaimer

Since the application uses local device storage and optional synchronization with your personal Google Drive, the security, protection, and integrity of your database backups are entirely your responsibility. The developer assumes no responsibility or liability for data leaks, unauthorized access, or loss resulting from Google Account security breaches, device losses, Keystore compromises, or malware infections on your device.

4. Use and Misuse Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use and input data into the application. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising out of your misuse of the application or violation of these terms.

5. CSV Data Import & Export Responsibility

When using the CSV import feature, you are responsible for ensuring the format and contents of imported files are accurate. The developer is not liable for data corruption or ledger discrepancies caused by importing invalid or modified CSV files.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Right to Modify Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, add, or delete any part of these Terms of Use and linked policies at any time without prior notice. Continued access to or use of the application after any revisions become effective indicates your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
